BTW is a doors company based in Fleet, Hampshire.  We thrive in making sure our customers receive the best possible products and service and as a result of this the business has grown over the many years we have been trading through recommends and our loyal customers.

Our values are to always strive to give outstanding customer satisfaction.  We aim to do this by meeting the needs of both our consumer and trade customers in an efficient and friendly manner with our helpful sales consultants and through our fair and honest pricing structure.

From start to completion your installation will be project managed by our Installations Director, Martin Trufitt, who will make site visits to every installation ensuring our customer are completely happy with the service they are receiving.

Throughout every installation our customer will have direct contact with Martin Trufitt and the Managing Director in case there are any concerns or would just like a chat about the progress! We are so confident in our products and service that we only take a 25% deposit and no other monies will change hands until our customers are fully satisfied with their finished installation. Martin Trufitt will complete the handover of all installations before the balance is collected.

Any questions before or during the installation process will be answered rapidly and politely, keeping you informed and updated throughout the whole process.
